Create a contact group for all your affiliate and MLM friends

Couldn’t believe it. I became an affiliate for the Calvert Group’s new FreeRCKD program yesterday and because I just imported my leads and contacts from my MLM company owned contact manager to my own… highly recommended by the way. I hadn’t created a contact “group” of all the affiliate marketers and MLMers I’ve met and been in contact with over the years. Some are very good friends.
This hurt me because what’s the first thing you do as an affiliate after signing up for a program… RIGHT! Blast everyone on your list with it. Well I didn’t have my “List” of friends set up again yet and was too lazy to create one email and individually put everybody’s name in the BCC field so I figured I’d just put it off and set it up today.
Well, you guessed it. I get home today to an email from one of my good friends, Let’s just call him Ignoramus for now. He’s just signed up for the FreeRKCD program and wanted to know if I’d like to join him. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHH!
That’s like showing up to an opportunity meeting with no guest and seeing your next door neighbor sitting with someone you don’t know… and he joins!
Never again.
